- 1 small chopped Onion
- 3 cloves of chopped Garlic
- 2 chopped chilies ( As per your taste)
- A small piece of chopped Ginger
- 5-7 Sattva Timur berries
- 2 tablespoon of Mustard oil
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- Salt (As per taste)
- Mint leaves or Coriander leaves ( for Garnishing)
Recipe:
Preparing the ingredients
- Heat up the mustard oil and add cumin seeds.
- Then add roughly chopped ginger, garlic, and onion
- Saute until the ingredients release the raw smell
- Add the tomatoes and cook until the tomatoes soften
- After the tomatoes soften, turn off the heat. Let the mixture cool down for a couple of minutes.
Making the Chutney

- Grind the mixture until it turns into a thick paste
- Garnish it with Mint leaves or Coriander leaves. Serve with Rotis, rice, fritters, etc.
